1. can't decide between neo V and samsung W 

2. need extra recommendation other than 2 model stated above...

1. Brand.: Any
2. Budget.: max rm 1000
3. Specs.  i want a phone that wont be too laggy, takes good photo and also better touch screen~ 
4. Type/Size. (Candybar, Clamshell etc...) : any as long as the touch screen not too small~ (the bigger the merrier) ^^

s advance using dual core 1ghz with 5MP
while s2 dual core 1.2ghz with 8MP camera
and screen larger

I mean cheapest nokia handphone which can go online , dont care about touch screen or not.
Important can use pc suite and browse online with the phone .Not those high end smart phone.
AP or Original also can.
Just normal phone will do , C3 is still expensive , hoping below RM 300
