Hey, hard specs you got there. But if really want 3.5" can try check out Huawei Sonic, and ZTE Blade.
Both around 500-600. Add abit lah

actually , i have short-listed handphone,

sony ericsson elm and nokia c6 01

sony ericsson elm capture 480p video and its camera i can say ok, simple,cheap,

nokia c6 01, capture 720p video, video more batter than elm, and camera a bit batter than elm

the purpose i record video is to have a proof about conversation

the phone must be suitable with the purpose i am going tu use,

also i want to ask
while recording video,
is light at the back of phone will on,
because i watch on youtube demo of nokia c6 01 recording video
light at the back is on
