yup.. the RRP is a bit higher, but well, you can expect some of shop sells it cheaper

of course..

for some phone, you will get lower price at shop...,
the retail price is higher, but there are also some seller that sells it higher than RRP..
you can see the RRP for iPhone 4S 16GB is RM 2199 , but wonder why seller sells it at higher price [more profit maybe.. ] . they can said they sells it higher because they already got stock.. and can deal anytime.. , but that price is still ridiculous , higher than normal price..

how to sue them..? when people still like to buy from them...

well for iPhone 4S, the RRP is based on the retail price at online store  ,

even in authorised reseller shop , they sells it for RM 2199 , so.. why can't the other sellers follow the RRP or reduce the price
