I am currently observing on few apartment / Condo as below:-

New:-
1. D`Ambiance (Permas Jaya)
2. Parc Regency (Permas Jaya)
3. D`Rich (Permas Jaya)

2nd Hand:-
1. Permas Ville
2. Prima Regency

With a budget around RM250,000.00

Pending with Economy crisis 2012, is now the right time to invest for Condo?

It really depends on your financial knowledge and status.

Here's a good youtube video that explains borrowing loans to own a house and also about the credit crunch affecting home owners in the US. I found it really useful. Hope it helps you too! smile.gif

For Parc Regency and D'Rich, it should be as follows:

Parc Regency, Mayland (Plentong / Masai)

D'Rich, IJM (Nusa Duta / Bukit Indah)

Just my 2 cents...

if crisis hit, landed is safer. Condo in JB/Iskandar almost oversupply. Buy now and high chance won't be able to sell higher or rent out after VP.

no maintenance fee to JMB, no car parks issue, more versatile.

Everywhere is the same now. Oversupply and left vacant.

Think the same.

Even it is cheap, not much rental value.

I think the new launch price will continue to go up... If u think to get it now and rent or sell it to Singaporean after VP, it is very risky. Singaporean who are planning to stay in iskandar in the future will buy now. Local will not buy from u coz of affordability issue.

Depending on locale it can range from 250k to 400k. Buy to rent is good if you get those near bus stop.
