QUOTE(ole_solskjaer @ Feb 5 2007, 12:25 PM) first thing id do with the mystique would be on the support bar.remove the rivets and replace them with screws (thumbscrews if possible). reviews mentioned that in order to take out or put in the PSU with mobo and aftermarket heatsink (tall ones) u need to remove the heatsink coz the bar is blocking... changing the rivets for screws would make it hell of alot easier |

i STRONGLY agree with Downcast's suggestion for the cable tie & cable tie base. they seriously help with cable management man...no joke.
or the least u could do is get cable ties... not them twist ties..but proper cable ties. |

QUOTE(boyz @ Sep 14 2007, 10:34 AM) the rubber only helps with vibrations being transferred to the case ler...wont really help.the 80mm vizos are memang loud. u want silent...change to a more silent fan. and that usually means less air flow... if u dont wanna change fans...then run it at 7v. which will make the fans slower and of course push less air. my advice. use back the stock fan which is silent. |

for the sake of one cable u guys wanna spend sop much money on a PSU???
y not just DIY an extention??? can go to jalan pasar and buy the parts needed to do it ma. worst comes to worst.... cut the existing wires and solder on new wires to extend the cables... this should be alright if ur using chapalang PSUs or if ur warranty for the PSU is over |

its aint hard ler to do the extension....u just need the parts and some cables and a plier and ur done. its just crimping only...soldering understandable la...
seriously...learn to DIY abit lor...total parts will cost u like RM20 inclusive of cables. just making the extra effort would save people HUNDREDS of ringgit man. |
