Btw, if state gov purchase need not pay tax, it also means other D-segment cars are cheaper than perdana?? Cheaper to run than Perdana because Perdana is costly to maintain. Some states didn't follow the rules and replaced the Perdana with other cars such as Volvo S80 and Mercedes E200k.
