Guys , been lifting a year and of course weight of the plates will increase too, I found that every time I do dumbbell curl or related bicep workout , my wrist become sore and obviously My biceps could lift heavier more reps but the soreness just make me stop and lift lighter instead. Wondering these two which would help? Or any better suggestion to reduce the soreness of wrist ?
The brand in my mind are harbinger wrist wrap glove and Maxx fitness lifting hook.

u need to use lifting straps or hook for the exercise tht need strong grip...imagine u can deadlift 80kg but because ur grip cannot handle the weight hence lowering ur performance.so by using straps or hook u can lift heavier weights without worrying about ur grip..

true. but dont abuse using straps, you still need grip strength. maybe for the last few sets its alright but using it all the way is just not necessary imo.

so hook is better or lifting straps ? i tot lifting straps cant be used for dumbbell curl? actually my main intention of using wristwrap or lfiting hook because of wanna lift heavier for my bicep without soreness.. i saw the greg plitt using a lifting hook so it would help for bicep workout i guess?

Gloves will not help much, use straps , Eco balls, chalks , train your grip

What I can say for now, on your arms day or bicep day, throw in some forearm training. Grip training.

I never do direct forearm training. I do a lot heavy(relative) deadlifts and that naturally trains my forearm. And I seldom use straps, even for rows and pull downs, only when my grip start failing. But you can try reverse curls, pipe curls, farmers walk, plate pinching as such. Good old wrist curls too.

farmer walk is good
static hold of heavy weight improve grip
or fat grip

strong grip = big forearm

those are some sort of wrist wraps with a padded grip. like those cushion pads that you hold in your palm, touted to help with your grip but I think you're better off using straps. And straps are cheap too
