Yup, today morning, system update now is 4.0.3 (release5a) the latest, right?

I have this experience yesterday (before update), and right after once I try the Reset pin is quite help (means right after Reset no serious delay, but I only manage to try few times), after that the 'red frame' problem start.

Today after system update, I have not try the 'Reset' pin yet! I dare not try the 'Reset'. But I have done the factory reset!

Ya. I just walk in to the reseller, finally they agree to exchange within 7 days. Problem is they told me no have stock among their branches!

I guess I should fight for it right? They should source for me, right?

Sony should have told you the red frame is a problem that they should fix.

My experience have found Sony have a good customer centre but are not able to help on most things unless we know how to fight for it. Try it next time, see if they voluntarily offer workable solutions.

Just to share my experience with Sony.

When I got the Xperia X10, they announced to all that it will not support multi touch and and Android upgrades. It took the whole world to tell Sony Xperia Management and Engineers that it can be done as all is software based. Sony made the biggest fool of them selfs by making statements to stand on their ground. Since Android 1.6 thatcame with the x10, it has now received many upgrades. Again Sony decided to stop providing upgrades by 2.3.

There are now roms to upgrade x10 to Android 4.1, see http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/articles/413252/2...lybean-cm10.htm

Sony should just change those people giving them the bad advices.

Sadly, they do not provide any updates to the android since I bought mine.

Like they abandoned once there is a newer model.

It's true those tablets were developed by vaio team but it's still operate under sony brand. Furthermore, that department hasnt been abandoned right? I think it's still sony's responsibility to provide a better customer user experience by giving a timely updates. No doubt sony tablet is a beauty in design but the marketing tactic is much more powerful than what it really is.

Sony is so unresponsible of their tablet S. I am using it to write this response but typing is so problematiic.

I suggest you give it a try before deciding.

Could be the gazillion apps I have installed and removed thats causing problems.
