Need more precise answer, since it required to be not less than a 50 words or so?
Based on the novel that I studied, 'How I Met Myself', written by David A. Hill. I found that the character shows the determination value throughout the study will be John Taylor. He is determined to find out what and who is the person that looked like him, the man who he bumped into that looks like him on that day. From that day start, he gets nightmares about hearing a loud bang, running around in the streets. As the year passes, John met his old friend, Paul, and sat down for a chat, John learnt from Paul, that person that looked like him is a doppelgänger, which means "double walker is a paranormal double of a living person, typically representing evil or misfortune." After learning from Paul what is a doppelgänger and it brings misfortune, he is driven by his determination to find out his doppelgänger was trying to connect with him. The determination of John shows in the story is when he asked peoples around the old blocks/flats and searched the library to get future more of his doppelgänger background. At the end, he founds out the full story of his doppelgänger, and didn't told his wife, Andrea, and almost leading to the death of his wife and his daughter, Kati, but luckily the doppelgänger stopped the misfortune in the nick of time.
My answer lol. I think this would be interesting if a teacher was found in PMR Thread
