Well, like what i;ve mentions previously, he has of cause use all "ppl's money" already (use it for happy in Thailand ? Or Funding for his Loan ? Or maybe use those money to pay other long waiting victims in other side ?)

He has totally no way to refund all in 1 shot, i bet ! 

So, like what i have suggest previously (or many ppl also suggest previously ) , start the program now. He deserve to face that truth with no reason. Don't buy his excuse nor reason since earlier, you don't get anything but wait.

Oh ya, mr.dickson do know that : "report police lah !" (because he know that is not his acc)
But nvm my friend, once you have report police with group, and i am sure bank will happy to sort out 'WHO' use the 'ATM CARD' at which 'Branch", 'when', and 'THE FACE' of person withdraw the money within he scamming period. I don't think the Acc Holder don't know him well, don't know where he live when asked by Police personally.
