Just how many times you told same story delay? At least pay some to half of the people you still owe. Not give same story over and over again. You should keep track of how many times you delay already and it's so frustrating. You have some money now so transfer that money now la. Saying it messy yadayada...this problem is already a big mess you know doh.gif

The victims have their rights to be angry with the conman. Are all the considerations they have given why why should they be so considerate anymore to someone like him. Dicksonbell should just listen and take the anger of his victims. He can't expect people to be nice anymore after all the lying and broken promises he gave before. It's his responsible to pay the victims. So what if he is willing to pay little only because he claim he can only afford limited money each month. That's his problem. As long he haven't fully refund the victims he just need to accept the anger without complaining because he brought all this to himself.

Interbank transfer process if done before 12pm the money should be credited into your account the same day after 6pm...if pmt done after 12pm the money should be credited the next day. Nowadays you don't have to wait 3 days so yes most like the guy lied to you again.
