Man, this thread is really scary. The amount is no laughing matter. Really hope seller settles the problem in time.

Only "consolation" from this is that he still replies to the thread. Beats having one that doesn't reply or isn't contactable anymore. All the best to the victims.

Have been following this thread since it started and I have to comment that dicksonbell, u have been very fortunate to have met and deal with a bunch of very civilized lowyatians who have time and time again given u exactly that... Their TIME. I have no doubt they value their money too but to endure day after day of chasing someone for a refund must be stressful and nagging. A form of unwanted stress nobody would want.

No doubt, u may state and feel that u were just trying to do a decent business which unfortunately failed in ur part and u too are in alot of stress trying ur best for a solution to this tormenting issue but before you comfort urself, bite ur lip and always remind urself, all business have risk and when things failed, especially when money is involved, the next best thing ppl will hold u by is ur credibility and responsibility in finding a solution and keeping to ur words.

I know nothing anyone says will bean into ur head now as emotions and anger runs high among everyone but if u do settle this issue tonight as promised, and when all is calmer and peaceful, do reflect on what happen and realize how fortunate things didn't turned out uglier than it did.

Hope in a matter of hours, many untamed and angered hearts will be mended and one truly tired and overly hounded seller can get some decent amount of relief.

Dicksonbell, my advice to u as a neutral onlooker is to not rely the funds from whoever the guy is that's passing u the money. By doing so, u r wasting ur buyer's time n wearing their patience paper thin. Can't u get it from friends of family or ur parents first? The total amount u owe shouldn't b that hardto handle for them. If u haven't troubled them already, now is the time n if u already troubled them, at these moment, they seem to b ur only hope left. U mustn't keep pushing dates thinking ppl will understand that it's beyond ur control. That is not the best way.

Anyhow, all my sincere best to u.

Gosh, all these while ive been so neutral in this dispute but after reading this message i cant help but feel irritated and pissed.

Dude, apart from cold hard cash, people's time is money too, dont u know that? For the past 24 hours uve been "promising" and trying to gain trust and now u have the knack to admit that uve been lying? Seriously, how old r u? Pls dont wait until tmrw to meet up with the buyers, go surrender urself up now. ASAP. U need help.

Its either ure a pathological liar or a small kid who just doesnt have the guts to ask his parents for help from his screw ups. Whatver said and done and pardon me for being blunt, but any parent, however poor they r will find some way to dig out 11K+ for a son who needs it. If ur parents cant do so or are not willing to do so, dude, u really need help.

Please, if u cant handle this problem urself, seek help. Just for the love of God, stop lying to the people. U owe them way too much already.

The leniency and chances given time after time by the victims here simply show that they r a class above the scammer. Its good to know Malaysian have reached this level of higher civilization. I think if in other country's the scammer would already had his hands chopped off or his family publicly humiliated.

But all good will should b returned in kind. If no respect is given to these victims for the amount of tolerance they provide as how we see is happening here now, I strongly recommend that more concrete action be taken to reach a solution ie, to make a police report to have this documented legally. Any later and the police is going to ask stupid questions such as "Kenapa tunggu lama sangat baru report? Main main ka?"

Ermmmm, so after 57 pages of
- complaints,
- flaming,
- finger pointing,
- begging,
- lying,
- name calling and
- police reports, the question still beckons....

Is there a solution and do the buyers agree on it?
