As mentioned to stevanistelrooy, there's no way,ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that dickson will refund back the money.So might as well,report asap and no more delay.
I just don't understand after so many fake acts/empty promises by him,some of the forumers still choose to believe that he might still refund back the money.. If I'm one of the victims,I would have make a report long time ago and want him to be in jail no matter what.Can't get back the money if he's in jail,at least I did a good deed to the society by keeping away a bigtime conman from society.

+1,although its a harsh statement...but true fact. However let the victims settle it themselves.If they don't want to take action ,its their decision.

Who cares about you. We(non related victims) are helping the victims pursuing them to bring you in jail since we already know there's no way you would return back those money you been conned since 2008.

He's trying to shut those raging and already made police report victims' mouths by refund them partially first.

What about those victims who're being coward all these years,don't even dare to make police report.He can comfortably take those money without refund. I'm blaming the conman and also the victims as well for not taking the proper actions.All these wouldn't have happened in the first place.

His attitude now is like "I'm the boss since I got your cash,don't complain or you're not going to get back your money."

To CONMAN, No matter how hard you're trying to clear your name by refunding which I really doubt that you could refund back all the money ,they got the RIGHTS to judge you since you're the one that wrong here. Don't go emo-ing here and there when people don't believe your words now .

Thats why people keep saying this place has the best loan with free interests,the payback duration can up to 5 years

I'm thinking that bankruptcy is too easy solution for him. You guys should filed a police report together and let him to have a taste of jail. Based on the amount of money that he scam, I'm sure he will get many years behind the bar.
