I'm one of Cheong Chan Wah's conned victim back in year 2006-7 circa. He conned me RM 1,000 in total for a bloody phone purchase! Initially I thought I'll forget it but due to this b@stard keep on continue his conning activities, I decided to join u guys who wanted to lodge a fresh police report, I'll be willing to do so.

Just let me know when's the date & venue BUT preferably after CNY holidays due to currently back to hometown for celebration.

I've PM u my Maybank account number & details for u to refund me back the RM1,000 which u "took" from me back in year 2006/07. Well true enough Cheong Chan Wah did banked in RM300 as my refund to me yesterday when I checked. Still have balance of RM300 which he said will be in May. I'll just wait & see since it's been 5 hrs since he conned me of RM1,000. He already refunded me a total of RM700 & balance of RM300 which I'm still hoping & waiting.

I'm still waiting for my final refund of RM300 which Cheong Chan Wah promised to do so by this May 2012. By then, at least u have cleared one of your victim, which is me by clearing the remaining RM300 refund.

Well honestly, the main point for those victims is to get back their refund money just like me too. It really doesn't matter much on how CCW gonna get the money to refund to the victims like us, as long as he refund & if he choose to con others just to refund the early batch of victims then we all can't stop it also. It's his decision & action which he'll bear the consequences.

Seriously, I wouldn't want to reply here since he's been refunding the cash into my account. Unfortunately, there's still balance to go with from him for the refund of mine. I'm an iPhone user & yes, when the message sent in Blue, means the opposite party is definitely using iPhone where the iMessage feature have been enabled. Those which is in green is normal SMS & NOT iMessage!

That means no refund from u by 30th June 2012? Better keep your promises or else u know better.

Finally after 6 years CCW conned my hard earned RM1K, he finally made his final refund to me yesterday! Even though he kept giving lame excuses for his delayed refund previously but at least he did "honoured" his refund promises even it's taking moons years period. At least now he settled my "debts" & got few hundred more to proceed with the refunds.

1st of all, I'm glad that CCW managed to refund all the RM1,000 which he "took" from me back in year 2006. Even he took ages to make the refund to me but at least he have the initiative to fully refunded me. I've gave him enough time to do so & now he have done it, at least it's nice to hear that he's keeping his promises to refund to each of his victims.

Just give him time to make the refund guys, no point pushing him hard to the wall...... worst, he might just vanished just like that then the rest of the victims gets not even a single cent refund from him. Just drop him a reminder for the refund when it's your turn which he promised & see. I'm sure he'll honour his promise.

At least now he's working in a decent way by not conning anyone else which he had done previously.

I felt sorry for those victims who CCW haven't managed to refund the full amount. I was one of his 1st batch victims who got conned back in year 2006/2007 for a mere RM1,000 & luckily enough, he managed to refund the amount fully to me.

I'm not too sure what happened to him which he stopped to reply or refund the rest of the victims. I've seen him around Menara PGRM in Cheras & my guess-timation he should be working nearby the area. There's a member here who PM me whereby he saw CCW drives a Proton Iswara sedan in greenish silver color bearing Negeri Sembilan registration plate. Perhaps this should assist those of u guys who's looking for him. Just sharing the info I got with u all even my amount have been settled by CCW.
