luckily I hv found this thread, I'm also one of the many victims of this conman...,
I trying to bought ipad from him but until today i not receive it. I pay RM1220
tru maybank2u. After got my money, he keep on give excuse after excuses, give
wrong tracking no, blame courier service and many more excuseses. I ask for refund,
he send mail refund transaction from public bank with extra because he said i wait so long, but after fews day no
money in my account, i called public bank ask his public account, they said that account never exist. I attached
that transaction email for u all to check.

Will courier by pos laju that day & give tracking no, after 3 days i still no receive the ipad & check tracking no
Is invalid, sms u, u said poslaju cannot send the ipad due to u don't declare it under electronic stuff, u said want
To send to me in penang by ur self,2 days later send said ur friend wedding la, tired la, after4 days u said already in
Bukit kayu hitam, i ask refund u told to wait, then u said u been held by thailand kastam because of iphone 4s
That u bought. After i still want refund, u promise to refund by public bank to my maybank & need to wait 3 days because of inter bank transfer. After 3 days when still no money i ask u, u said want to go to public bank to check
And ask me again to wait. I checked with public bank, ur transaction taht u email to me is not valid and your public bank accout also not valid.

Until now i already waited nearly 3 months already
So where is my money i already tired of ur excuses and game of waiting.
If my case not considered cheating by u then what i must call it ???
