As mentioned to stevanistelrooy, there's no way,ABSOLUTELY NO WAY that dickson will refund back the money.So might as well,report asap and no more delay.
I just don't understand after so many fake acts/empty promises by him,some of the forumers still choose to believe that he might still refund back the money.. If I'm one of the victims,I would have make a report long time ago and want him to be in jail no matter what.Can't get back the money if he's in jail,at least I did a good deed to the society by keeping away a bigtime conman from society.

The leniency and chances given time after time by the victims here simply show that they r a class above the scammer. Its good to know Malaysian have reached this level of higher civilization. I think if in other country's the scammer would already had his hands chopped off or his family publicly humiliated.

But all good will should b returned in kind. If no respect is given to these victims for the amount of tolerance they provide as how we see is happening here now, I strongly recommend that more concrete action be taken to reach a solution ie, to make a police report to have this documented legally. Any later and the police is going to ask stupid questions such as "Kenapa tunggu lama sangat baru report? Main main ka?"

I also got fed-up with his excuses anymore, plus got flamed by the conman himself, how ironic this world is.

You have to admit, this whole episode has been nothing if predictable. Probably has some endless cycle. Con, no money to pay back, con someone else, use that money to pay back the first person and rinse and repeat. After a while maybe pay 20%, keep the other 80% to enjoy life. Lowlife scum.
