supprisingly,many police reports has been made but still up to now..if i am not mistaken...from 2006 (if he the same as CCW guy) he still hanging around without any problems? even had his photo and c.o.d with many guys..how's good is the enforce system...

This guy is hopeless yet the victims are just being too nice to him. Come on, he's not going to refund your money. Face the reslity, please. What he is doing now is basically buying your time and trust.

You know what I hate the most is his attitude. He doesn't seem to be bothered at all with all the shits he has accumulated. Yet so easy for him to escape and giving out unreasonable installment plan. 1k per month? Joke. So, how many years does he need to clear all his debts?

Yes, he might look trustworthy to you because he still replies here. However, you can't guarantee if he will still be here next week, next month or next year? He might just disappear one day.

I strongly urge all victims to do your part by lodging a police report, do not feel pity for him as he deserves to be punished. Do not forget how he cheated you on the refund dates. Few postponements ad lastly he admitted he has no money to refund. He can pay 1k now doesn't mean he can pay the next 1k next month.

Come to think about it I wonder how did he get the 10k to refund earlier? Anyway, that's not important now and let's hope it came from a clean source.

Good luck and sorry for the long post. I think I have expressed everything that I wanted to say, so this should be my last post here. Lastly, to all victims, it's all in your hands now.

No need to surprise I have been stop by police more than 20 times, there is no black and white nor IOU involved, so I was release.. For recent case I have payment receipt to prove refund is there (owe and refund)... So there is no prob with enforcer/police and others relevant department... They are helpful enough and doing their duty.

He's trying to shut those raging and already made police report victims' mouths by refund them partially first.

What about those victims who're being coward all these years,don't even dare to make police report.He can comfortably take those money without refund. I'm blaming the conman and also the victims as well for not taking the proper actions.All these wouldn't have happened in the first place.

His attitude now is like "I'm the boss since I got your cash,don't complain or you're not going to get back your money."

To CONMAN, No matter how hard you're trying to clear your name by refunding which I really doubt that you could refund back all the money ,they got the RIGHTS to judge you since you're the one that wrong here. Don't go emo-ing here and there when people don't believe your words now .

I plan to write this issue to newspaper. Put PDRM + Cybersecurity + MOSTI name inside it.
Because Cybersecurity should handle online scam in Malaysia. And we see what their reaction.
Hopefully once, Cyber + MOSTI been mention in newspaper.. the top management will be in the HOT seat.
And action been taken to caught this conmen.
