design a banner ?? wow.. i'm a first timer for this kind of competition....
no theme ?? simple ??

does white count as a color?
Banner format? Transparent png allowed?

If i have like blue,red,green in my banner... then i use transparent PNG, it'll show the grey background. (is this allowed?)

the theme is in his title.. "Point of View" so just design a concept around that. that would be what I'd do.

well, he could change the DIV background to white later on. But whether it'll break his whole blog design I wouldn't know, so safest is don't do one.

a note of transparent PNGs.. since it isn't entirely supported by IE, make sure you check on your own IE browser first. if it doesn't render out right then you'll need to find an alternative approach to solve the problem.

Hi , finally im able to get registered here. Hmmm white background could not be count as color bcos everything start from a piece of white paper. If it is in grey colour then it would be treated as a color. Hmm Transparent PNG is not recomended lor cos doesn't really suits my theme i guess.
