Hi all expert.....
I'm a newbies in using android phone. I need help from all of you.
Just got my SGW and I have few questions to ask.

1.) Rooting is for what purpose?
2.) I did notice that the running rom only have around 15% of free space, So how to make it more space as the phone seems slow when is limited free space.
3.) How can I see all the code like it mention on the above.

Thanks in advance for all the sifu's help......

1) After rooting, you can basically do anything you want with the phone with no restriction. For example:
- do full backup, something like creating a snapshot of your phone. all data, app, everything will be backup. anything wrong, you can restore this
- edit system files which allow you to swap mount point. this will be useful if you want to install a lot of games but the internal SD is too small
- blocks Ads
- edit save game or use cheat engine to cheat in game (my favorite)
- install Chainfire3d to play game which is only for Tegra or other GPU
- and many many more

2) Dont worry about the free memory. That is because android will use those free memory to cache commonly used app and to speed up access to system files. Whenever there is low memory, Android will delete those from memory and free it up for app or games. After rooting, you can even adjust these values.

3) Those code above can be found in your phone /system/csc/customer.xml. Again, you need root to be able to see this. Once you have root, just use Root Explorer, or Terminal Emulator or ADB.

How to root it? Do it on the andriod itselves or need to use CPU to root it?
I really 0 knowledge on how to use or play wt andriod as all the while I been using normal HP. First time using andriod phone.
Really need guidance on this. By the way, anything need to be done before rooting SGW?

When you enter recovery mode, is it the stock 3e ? You need to flash it to CWM or RZ to install custom rom. I had the same problem as you. Did the CWMflash and no problem .
*
Mind to tell me how u did the CWMflash.
Do u install Rom Manager into ur andriod?
I really have no idea how to install CWM or RZ.
Thank you......
