Guys, my wife's 4 day old W auto shutdowns 2-3 times a day. Have anyone faced this issue and any solution besides sending it to service center? another issue is the back key is not so responsive, need to press few times. Not sure if this is normal for W.
Disappointed that a new phone with this issues, how long does Samsung takes to fix issues normally.

Version is 2.3.6 out of the box. Will try removing some apps, thx
