Without using A-GPS (data enabled), SGW takes quite sometime to get gps lock, longer than my CSL Spice or X10i. With data enabled, only a few second and it can even get the lock while moving.

This morning I found out that outdoor pics taken with SGW wasn't so good and it kinda out of focus. SGW doesn't have image stabilizer like X10i.

Why mine can't even lock when gps and data is enable? but my father s 2 can??

shakehead.gif What gps apps are u using? Have u test it with GPS test or GPS fixer app? Or mebbe you live near to restricted areas like army camp or near to prison hmm.gif

normal google map it cant lock d. when using papago it just need some time to lock it. sad.gif

From my experience google map lock is much faster if u already connected to wifi hotspot.

I was memang using a Galaxy S2 tongue.gif

moms phone recently broke so I recommended her to get this Gal. W!

She doesn't care if its single core or dual core...as long can call and sms tongue.gif

To maximize the 1.8 Ghz of the phone la tongue.gif haha but I'll probably not overclock it...underclock it 1GHz so it can last for more days biggrin.gif

2.3.5 camera firmware/sw was better...

Really? I tot it was due to plastic film that cover the lense but when I peeled it, WTH, the plastic thingy only cover the outer lense and not the center of it.
