Agree... USB Ports are everywhere nowadays This is bulkier than a USB cable+Charger. Another thing is... must remember to recharge it else it's useless too. Btw, W easily last more than 24 hours. When you're low on battery (10~20% perhaps), just keep data and wifi off, everything is good to last you another 10 hours. Seriously mine last 7~8hours for 1% drop. But that is complete cell standby with no usage at all.

so basically this phone can last for how long? lets say for moderate usage with screen brightness set to lowest and wifi/data turned on ...

also need to see how u use it
not just say set screen brightness to lowest
example sms, call, make alarm, seldom surf internet and play game

for me if on data .. normal FB .. no playing games .. can last up more than 25 hours..

Erm... If play game... You can find my post few pages back. I play Where's my water around 1.5 hours(I think...) The battery curve steep like hell But I do on Data to download few things before that. Not very specific.

i see... I not yet got the phone, i am just comparing it with my current Wave since both also have the same battery capacity 1500 mAh... only different are W is running android on 3.7' LCD screen and 1.4 ghz processor

Wave got nice screen yoooooo! Also with gorilla glass and SGX540 GPU. Its GPU is better than the one in W. It'll perform very well if it's on Android. Galaxy S spec, with a smaller screen

Yea... That's the problem. Bada OS is not popular enough to get developers to develop apps. Overall, you're upgrading because W uses Android.

Spec wise
Both has same resolution screen but Wave has 3.3" compare to 3.7" on W. Size, W wins but pixel density, Wave win(because same amount of pixel is squeezed into small dimension) This means everything is crispier on wave but display on W isn't a bad one. Next, Wave uses Super AMOLED. This means a complete BLACK when a pixel received instruction to display 'black' because basically the pixel is shut off, no light at all.
GPU wise, SGX540 no doubt is a winner when compared against Adreno 205. But SGX540 is clocked differently in different devices (Galaxy Tab, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus S, Galaxy S etc etc) at least, the one in Galaxy S perform better than Adreno 205.
CPU wise, W higher clocked 1.4GHz wins with no doubt.

Anyway, if you don't like bada, just throw the phone and join the club. You'll be pleased in this club

i have read through all the pages here.. i found quite many users reports bugs on this galaxy w lolx.. e.g. call / answer problem la, lagging problem, battery die fast, ram too low, bootloop, etc... so thats my only concern...

orait...seems you guys always can find usb port easily,the battery pack is not worth to buy.fair enough.just sharing some good stuff because it is on discount.maybe someone can benifit from it.i think i will buy one battery pack coz sometimes i cannot find usb port or plug just like you guys.hehehe...but still cannot decide which brand.
