Complaint to Yensen Plumbing service

Calling Yensen today and confirm the schedule that he will drop a visit to my house around 4pm. I even send him my house address and reconfirm with the time visit in my sms. I waited him untill 4.50pm which has no sms even call return to me. I did call him for 3 times around 4.30pm but nobody pickup the call. He did not come as promise with no reason given to me. I do not think he will offer professional service at all.

He still sms me to ask if im at home and if he can come today. Even he try to apology for me after 20hours, but i dont feel confident to his service anymore. I didnt response to him at all.

I just want to share my story here, no offensive or try to attack someone if they offer good service.
