Dear PCGame,
Can you please provide more consistent service. I have made an order for 2 games. I have emailed on the order status. I got a reply HOWEVER it was referring to the wrong order. I had to call up PCGAME and only then was the everything clarified. I was told a email would be sent to me regarding the status of my order as well as the reason why the delivery of the item was delayed. TILL today i have YET to receive any email. What you guys are doing are great. HOWEVER if the execution is HORRIBLE.
