I emailed them regarding the fallout 3 versions and this was the reply:

wanted to get fallout but then gta4 came creeping around and now i want gta 4!!... fallout 3 need to wait a bit more.

We only get the stock from local supplier. This version packing is the same like Europe. but there is no PEGI rating in front stated 18+. But, at the back you still can see clearly it was made in EU.

Added on December 4, 2008, 6:11 pmFor US version, the ESRB rating is Mature 17+ with Blood and Gore, Intense Violence, Sexual Themes, Strong language, and Use of Drugs comment.

For EU versoin, the PEGI rating is 18+ with Violence and Bad language.

For Asia, there is no rating stated on the back of the packing. Content unknown.

Yes u will not receive any points from that particular purchase if u used ur points for ur purchase. It's their policy, u can check in the FAQ (Yes. it's a bummer I understand). I also experienced the same thing before and I called them for clarification.

You used the previous points for buying the games so you won't get points for that.
