I got this note when there was an update that the courier has picked up the item. So, when is the mousepad coming and I am not planning to pay for the courier charges for this. My email is myremi@gmail.com.
Every time the WoW Expansion comes around, there's always a supply-issue. Sorry doesn't quite cut it.

I would have been happy just buying the game without the damn pad. But this is such a crappy and shoddy service even knowing that the demand for the expansion would be high.
Sorry doesn't quite cut it when I know that I place the order 2-3 days after pre-orders was open.

For your information, this mouse pad promotion is not exclusively from pcgame.com.my. This is nationwide per-order promotion run buy Asiaaoft, Malaysia World of warcraft exclusive distributor for those who pre-order earlier this game. Thankful to Asiasoft for carrying out such great promotion to make the game even more value added. But, this comment, tell us their efforts is wasted...
First of all, the mouse pad was delayed caused by our Malaysia custom. So issue, we don't know why. This is something none of us want it to be happened. I believe Asiasoft is trying their very best to clear the shipment out ASAP.
Secondly, due to this unexpected incident, we decided to ship the game first instead of waiting for the mousepad because we want to make sure our customers get the game on time. Even we knew it will cost us one more time shipping to ship the mousepad alone when the shipment release from custom. We feel upsets that our consideration for customers in return getting such comment even before the game launch and yet to experience the so called crappy and shoddy service done by us.
A lot of efforts from many parties has involved in order to make sure this game is successfully launch in Malaysia. We would like to your voices in order to encourage publishers and distributors keep such promotion on going for any new games release in future.
Sincerely, thank you for supporting original and please give us a little more time to sort things out. Our next challenge for tomorrow is hopefully the courier service will do their good job to deliver all the games accordingly. Again, this is nothing under our control.
P/s : we never said there will be shipping charges on you for the mouse pad, did we? cheers!
