hi guys my card was approved 2 weeks ago but i've yet to receive it called and ask they say latest by today and they say today if still dont receive pls call them again and they will mark the card as stolen and give me a new card (which will take another 3-5 days) self collect at branch of my choice  then i asked why take so long to deliver since its already approved more than 2 weeks ago the CS reason was they are using normal pos so it also depends on the pos man of handling the delivery whutt? lol so now i gotta wait till 6pm if still dont have the card i have to call HLB tonight to complain again |

If you needed the card urgently, advise you to collect from branch better. not really urgent i'll give them another few more days next week before i report it as not delivered and will request for a new branch to self collect  the mail arrived with new card or the previous card that you've reported lost/stolen?  |
