Hi there! I have activated my credit card by July 2018 and my first statement is on 27th July 2018. May I know the annual retail spending to earn additional real cash is calculated from July 2018 until June 2019 or August 2018 until July 2019? Thanks!

QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Jul 1 2019, 01:24 AM) 1st statement is your 1st month spending, so next annual retail spending is from 28 June 2019 to 27 June 2020. Don't confuse with the December calculation, that's not the annual spending calculation. If possible make ur own excel spreadsheet to do manual calculation. Thanks. Your answer is very clear. I already hit 38k spending until 27 June 2019 (12 months) but still no notification inform that I'm eligible for the additional cash back RM280. The additional cash back given together with the monthly real cash earning? Or few days/weeks later?

QUOTE(skty @ Jul 1 2019, 07:44 PM) it's up to you to believe. but because I think this is a big implication, I will like to say it the last time: call CS to confirm the date. I just don't want to see you miss out the RM1800 just because you f**ked up the date. my first statement date is not same with the annual cut off date. Yaya...confirm with CS already. Annual spending cut off date is calculated from the date they approved my card (I guess, really need to ask them the exact date) and different with the first statement date. QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Jul 2 2019, 05:57 AM) It should come together with your 12th statement. Remember those installment plan figure is not counted for the annual total spending. Sorry, I just check my history it appear that the annual real cash is given on 13th statement but the total spending still depends on your 1st - 12th statement total spending. See the attached for more information. Annual spending cut off date is not based on the first statement date, so we have to check the actual date with CS.
