there's no best protein for muscle mass. get proper solid food if you wanna put on mass. protein powder is just a supplement.

There's no point asking forumers, they cannot give u objective answers unless they hv obtained their respective results from scientific tests & measures. Answers given can only be subjective & so bear little meaning to u. Don't waste your time.

protein supplement is a protein supplement, just get some 100%whey, of any brand, they dont make much different, the only major difference is price, get the cheapest 1, we are not going for competition and i think you are just beginner, no point go for the best of the best supplement, the difference it made is insignificant for us, only significant for those who are competing
