Hi all. I am actually searching for a good and reliable contractor in mainland penang. Specifically in seberang jaya/perai area. Can anyone recommend me a contractor that have a good workmanship and able to meet deadline and most importantly wont run away??. Have bad experience before. Please suggest

try to walk in few design house and contractors but the i am not so sure about their workmanship and their reliability.

Xecton, they dont come together? I mean contractor cannot do design? I prefer contractor, as for design i just need simple stuff in my apartment. Nothing too fancy. Conteactor alone should be able to carry the job i think. But if you feel it is necessary to recommend a designer pls do so. I appreciate it.

i need quotation, i got myself the tiles, just need workmanship to hack the old tiles and install the new one, and i need quotation for water proof and non water proof... lay out at 1000sf
