Michelin or Yokohama Tyre, PS3, DB551, S.Drive, Eagle F1 D5 opinion

As mention above, which one is better? Conflict now as some people said yokohama is better because important from Japan and Michelin is from Thailand and we pay for the brand only.
All the Shifu, please adivice.

not all yokohama series are from japan leh and you need to let us know ur rim spec.

I see.. 215/55/17 As I know db501 and S.drive are from Japan I dont mind where it came from, I need better grip for safety reason

ps3 wear slightly higher, and doesnt come cheap. c drive rolling resistance is high, worst in heavy down pour. not sure bout s drive. never use db, not going to comment.

ps3 is max category. other tyre that can match ps3 i think gy assymetric 2. u ask vr2. he know better

How about GY Directional 5? Got a pretty good price of RM350 per pcs for my 205/55/R16 , thinking of changing to this because the stock NCT5 is so damn noisy

I'm using play station 3 also. Good on wet and dry road. Tyre noise is low, steering is light. My only gripe is it's too soft. I've accidentally drove on a shattered bottle and it chipped off a small piece of rubber

Tyre is just on par with other UHP tyres...and the soft sidewall will eventually gets into you. Though you'll enjoy the grip during the initial driving stages
