WELL DONE XC for cleanning up the LIST. Else will continue messing up.

Selinix,
For your last action, visit COE ask for important notice with them, give them one last chance and let them know this is my last visit since many chances given.

ANd they still passing around after your COE Visit. GO Tribunal Court. because AIRBAG issue is not a KIDDING SMALL ISSUE.

Proton only know how to blame their parts supplier but never improve their own system and staff working attidude.

Guess I trusted them too much and manatau they ding dong me to places that can't take the issue seriously. Well I do understand that people need to take leave and all but at least escalate my problem properly to the right contact person. Shah Alam is a long way from cheras and I would have issue coming back if I need to leave my car there but if desperate I will have to get things sorted. Gosh the amount of trouble this car put me through..

understand how u feel, but please take a step back and breath,

1. it is that particular CAR, and not the CAR in general, all of us here enjoy our ride every single seconds we are with it and no regrets watsoever

2. ALL of us KNOW that we have to go thru this kinda SHEET from PROTON if there was any issues and is PREPARED for it, we cheapskate ma no choice lor........

3. DUN let this bad experiance scar you on the possibilities and joy the car CAN GIVE YOU.

LASTLY, good luck and sorry to hear of the bad experience,

which actually reminds me, ur's ain't all that bad....compared to the RAT SMELL issue........now that was a torture, and he STILL enjoyed his RIDE ALL THE WAY ....... notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

Exactly, I even question the TA if the airbag failed to deploy during accident or somehow deployed accidentally is Proton going to be responsible with my welfare? He just keep quiet there.. I told that guy already I'm taking this seriously and please convey up to your management and revert back to me by afternoon.

EVEN IF Proton blame their parts supplier... Is that Otak kosong punya excuse? why they put their own problem onto their consumer ler ?

Their parts purchase team everyday sleeping in office?
Their parts QC team everyday TFK in office?

Sorry i so Burthurt on this because this case recall my memory when Proton annouce on SAVVY news, He told media , they produce 1car in few minutes overall laa.. then blame their parts supplier problem make SaVVy so problematic...

Now i guess they will simply blame MMC with those unsolve kluk kluk sound ..

Hehe...Ignore my comment ya ~~

yup, be careful on the airbag issue, imagine if it opens when you're in a corner ( turning the steering, wiring touching).

saw the thread about airbag on gen 2.

I have no doubt that this is a good car and I even told the ppl there my family had Proton cars since your first generation saga to wira to waja to this and this is the worst experience I ever get from Proton. But sometimes you just couldn't deny the fact that it does sucks badly when you buy a new car and from day one you visit the SC non stop and driving the car knowing that there is some issues on the car. Actually I have to say Proton does improve in someways, it is just they need to really learn how to escalate the problem to the right channel.

why ask them to revert back to you, straight away ask them to give you the number or just BARGE right at the management and make noise la, you have the rights to do it, after all the chance and patience you've given them. and all they can do is make silly excuses........IF YOU NEED TO LET US KNOW , MOST OF US THAT IS ABLE IS MORE THEN WILLING TO COME AND MAKE NOISE AND SUPPORT WITH U...IN PERSON !!! MORE THAN 10 PPL go there make noise and threathen to go tribunal and CALL the PRESS over if they dun do something about it........or give a acceptable answer

they still have the same culture. designs, technology, all can be copied, but, culture? it takes a long time, and dedication.

P2 is very good in this feedback and escalation stuff.

yes and know.......hard breaking will definitely get the ABS working, but sometimes with highspeed normal breaking u still get it, i guess it's very much depending on the abs system, if it feels that abs needs to kick in.....then it's ON...sometimes when i'm driving on the highways with a slight pressure on the breaks the abs still kicks in
*
Maybe since his airbag wiring got problem.. his ABS wiring also problem.. and it kicks in no matter when u press the brake? blink.gif

QUOTE(stewPik @ Dec 29 2011, 09:50 AM)
ERR.....again have u guys driven the ABS & EBD systems b4...? i've driven older abs system and it does not vibrate like our current system....mayb because it now has EBD and not just ABS ??? mayb some tech sifu's can clarify this,

anyways, no harm asking them to check and double confirm that the brakes has no issues, it is one of the most important aspect of driving safety, all i'm saying dun make a fool of urself in insisting that there is a problem with the brakes
*
Actually what is EBD har? Is it like those annoying anti-drift stuff where they cut power to certain wheels and reallocate it elsewhere to prevent you from power drifting?

hmm, good point, the airbag wiring could be causing the ABS to kick in 24/7

EBD is eletonic brake distribution....DISTRIBUTION ....enuff said
