QUOTE(Poadster @ Dec 28 2011, 11:22 PM) This is a matter of perception..... You are so right, at rainy night I drive highway, I feel HID is a must. The white will show the divider line and marking line. And reflection on stuff on the floor, that's all I need when I am at 160km/h, I dont stare at one point more than 1 second. In heavy rain, misty or foggy weather, you DONT look at the rain/mist/fog illuminated by the bulbs.... you look at the lines on the road.... and i find white HID is the best to bring out the white lines on the roads... and i find white light illuminated and reflects items lying on the roads irregardless of weather.... Yup.... my eyes sees things differently.... Jpj? QUOTE(selinix @ Dec 29 2011, 09:27 AM) UPDATE maybe the brake still new? Sent my car to Cheras SC to meet the guy whom handle my car previously and been told he is still on leave. Then I'm like what happen to the promise that there will be a technician coming down from Shah Alam who is suppose to rectify my problem. The reception girl don't seem to know anything as I can't blame her because I doubt she is suppose to know the issue. They directed me to speak to a technical assistant. I walk both the reception and the TA guy to my car and I vented my frustration to him. I told him please get this issue up to your higher management and stop ding dong-ing me around the world and nothing is done. I also bring across to them that I will bring this issue to consumer tribunal court and the newspapers if Proton is still not paying serious attention to it. I'm not sure if that guy get my point because all he say is he try his best to contact the technical in Shah Alam and get ppl down ASAP to fix the problem and keep me updated. I also can surely confirm that the brakes are having issues. I drove up to genting yesterday and along the highway and when the car brakes at speed around 80 above I can feel that the brake pedal is having some sort of vibration. Somehow the brake just doesn't give a solid feeling. This is a terrible bad lemon. If things still going worst is there anyone in this forum that can assist and have connection with Proton to bring thing up to the higher management before I move to consumer tribunal court + newspaper? |

QUOTE(selinix @ Dec 29 2011, 10:01 AM) Exactly, I even question the TA if the airbag failed to deploy during accident or somehow deployed accidentally is Proton going to be responsible with my welfare? He just keep quiet there.. I told that guy already I'm taking this seriously and please convey up to your management and revert back to me by afternoon. yup, be careful on the airbag issue, imagine if it opens when you're in a corner ( turning the steering, wiring touching).saw the thread about airbag on gen 2. |

QUOTE(selinix @ Dec 29 2011, 10:08 AM) I have no doubt that this is a good car and I even told the ppl there my family had Proton cars since your first generation saga to wira to waja to this and this is the worst experience I ever get from Proton. But sometimes you just couldn't deny the fact that it does sucks badly when you buy a new car and from day one you visit the SC non stop and driving the car knowing that there is some issues on the car. Actually I have to say Proton does improve in someways, it is just they need to really learn how to escalate the problem to the right channel. they still have the same culture. designs, technology, all can be copied, but, culture? it takes a long time, and dedication. P2 is very good in this feedback and escalation stuff. |
