I haven't had much luck with the gifts so far. Mostly coal and a handful of coupons. Oh, and a copy of L4D2 and a DOTA 2 beta key. At least I think its a beta key. It says "Dota 2 - Hardware Survey" in my inventory but googling about it seems to indicate that it is indeed a beta key.

Might be willing to trade it off if I got a good offer...hmm...

Btw, for me, i craft all the coals i have until last day of xmas sales , and any remainings are for lucky draw.

In theory, more coals = more chances but if ure lucky enough, even 1 piece of coal can earn u 1st price. So, CRAFT THEM until last piece of them!!! lol

People still get scam when Steam Trade are available? Avoid dealing with game keys unless the person you know are trusted. I trade alot using Steam Trade and no problem at all.

Always check their profile before dealing with them. Make sure they are not imposter and the profile must match with inventory. If they have ban record then just cancel the deal because they most likely are scammer.

Another important thing is dont trade the game first unless the buyer have many good reputation and positive feedbacks on their profile page. That is why middleman exist in tf2 to handle game/cash trade. Some example of rep are in my profile page http://steamcommunity.com/id/MrBeanster .
