I remember theres a lyn provide steam service from RU because he migrated to RU. Maybe you guys can ask him to buy for you. Remember to check to make sure the game is in english. Some russian games are in russian language/subtitles

I might have a source in russia. A cousin actually who is studying there.

Okay here it is!
The prices for the packs. These are bought from within Russia so its cheaper there (Valve's policy to combat piracy in Russia) It will work with your steam as long as these games aren't region restricted.
