Guys when I want to play multiplayer or the campaign,it keeps crashing after a while, some freaking error 'Battlefield.exe has stopped working'..why does this happen??I have all graphic drivers updated, game and Origin is updated too..

And one more thing,it's very laggy, and blurry..I have a Sapphire ATI HD5770 and a Athlon 64 X2 4200+..now u guys may think that my processor is bottlenecking..but when I played the Jack Sparrow version(my friend lent it to me before I bought the game),it was perfectly smooth and crisp on Medium settings!!How can this be?Shouldn't the original version work better?!! shakehead.gif What a waste of money!

My specs are Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit,Sapphire HD5770,AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+,2GB RAM,MSI K9N6PGM2-V2,running on 1366x768.I am using Firefox to launch Battelog.

Can someone help me out?I dun want to waste my RM169..

- Fix installation
- MP = larger maps and more people in a single frame. Change setting to low
- You need more RAM space, and 32 bit windows is limiting that and most likely you are crashing is due to either VRAM or your own RAM has ran out. Get more ram + change windows to 64bit

I noticed that the crash basically has gone away after the latest patch.

BTW you do really need at least Quad Core and 4GB RAM to run this game.

BF3 will use around 1.5GB RAM during large map especially in MBT server.

So let's say that it's because multiplayer have too many people..but how does that explain the single-player campaign? Why is the jack sparrow version so SMOOTH and DETAILED on MEDIUM settings, yet the original version is f***ing LAGGY and BLURRY on the same MEDIUM settings.I didn't change a damn thing to my computer, same graphic drivers and everything. And I also crashed in the BF3 Practice server where there was only ONE player.WTF?!!

Ok I did a repair install and now it seems smoother.

But how come on Medium/High/Ultra preset, the game seems a bit darkish? It doesn't look bright and crisp..

you should try to do repair install by right click in the game in origin and press repair install.

Yea I did that already,so far it's more smoother and less lag now..I have no idea why it was so laggy and blurry before that...maybe it was the antialiasing post effects.EA's game sure is f**ked up.

After the patch in Dec (B2K patch) the crash has reduced quite a lot. Now seldom crash already
