All 3 of the other phones are pretty good, they all have pretty good cameras and. Other than the camera, the other stuff in iP4s are a little dated though, for example the small screen. HTC One X, Xperia S and the S3 will have the latest tech.
But I guess it depends on whether you like Android or iOS.
