The differences,

1) One V is 1 year newer than incredible S.

2) One V comes with ICS + HTC sense 4.0, the incredible S will get ICS but most prob + HTC sense 3.6 only. Also, usually mid-range phones will only get 1 update in their lifetime. So the one V might get jelly bean but hard to say cuz it is only running on a single core proc. if

3) Incredible S got a better camera but capturing speed one V better.

4) Incredible S got a bigger screen.

5) One V is made of aluminium while incredible S is plastic. But both got good build quality.

6) One V retails @ RM999 while Incredible S is @ RM1199.

7) Incredible S got front camera while one V doesn't.

8) I'm not sure if there are any more .

Incredible S is single core. RM850+ is ok if it still got more than 1 year warranty, but maybe can negotiate a bit.

Choose this over the 1v if you will use it around a year or maximum 2 yrs cuz that unit is older. Choose 1v if u will use it for long term cuz it's new.
Same clock speed.

One V wins sola in build quality, user interface and ICS on board. Camera shutter speed also maybe.

The rest sola wins or equal.
