i was considering htc one vs s4 as well (no note 2 due to complicated reasons). So i was wondering why you would say no to the S4?
I was actually leaning more towards the htc one coz of the blink feed (flipboard like thing) and because of the overall design and build. The S4 has slightly bigger screen and ?better camera? not sure about that coz of ultrapixel vs megapixel thing.

how about android os update? do the samsung products get their updates first before htc or is it the same?

note 2 and S4, which one fastest in processing?
