iOS 5 in iPhone 4S --> easier to use , look fancy , has many useful apps , its apps store/itunes store is larger than android market , smooth , you won't notice any bad lag [iPhone 4S] , iPhone 4S has Siri features , nice camera , iPhone 4S has good resale value and it is one of the high demanded phone in Malaysia[for more than RM 2000 phone]

Android 4.0 in Galaxy Nexus --> nice , a bit advanced than iOS , for people who like Android, of course they will go for this phone..,

the thing is you need to test both phone.. and check which is the best for you..

in term of OS, we can't help you much .. you need to try.. which phone is easier and better for you..

of course for me.. iPhone 4S is easier, don't need to think much to use the features..

If u like customization better go for android..if u like stability and simple go for ios
