nokia n8 or sgs i9000?

i like nokia n8 because of its camera with xenon flash, usb otg, hdmi tv out, fm transmitter, and good battery life. the unibody design is also beautiful, imo.

i've never used an android before, so i dont know what i'm missing out if i dont buy sgs i9000 instead. the display looks stunning.

i'm buying a used phone, both of these are similar in price, sgs probably RM50-100 more expensive.

if you like to play apps then get android phone

If u get N8, you'll just mainly miss out on the apps. I heard it's quite laggy also, so it's up to u.
Anyway, why not get used SE xperia X10 instead? Better camera than SGS.

for apps and overall experience go for SGS II as main phone.

If you plan to get it as secondary and main purpose camera then only consider N8.

Galaxy S can't fight here, too weak. Unless u mean S2.
2X vs atrix, 2X is laggy on stock ROM...atrix ok. So if u use custom ROM, then about the same.
Camera, 2X win.
ICS update, LG said 2X will get la lol. But sure take donkey ages. Atrix 4G also will get ICS, non-4G still no news.

Does ICS significantly improve the phone? Sorry this is my first time looking for an Android.

Regarding budget, my absolute max is RM700. I'm buying used handset. A guy is offering AP full set O2X with 2-3 months warranty left at RM640. From the reviews I've read, O2X best performance for the money, I appreciate alternative suggestions with similar price.

For improvements in ICS, u go google it la hehe. Sensation vs O2X, sensation better but can't masuk your budget even if used set if I'm not mistaken. So if you're gonna use custom ROM, O2X is the best within your budget. Maybe can consider used xperia U.

if ur using long term,can get lg..

if using like a few months...avoid lg... resale value really low..and not much people wan lg
