why would always got people who want to feel saving for now then later got pain in the ass? go grab a 250gb la. if slim got 20gb then is a whole different story. just two option of 4gb and 250gb. of course choose the latter la.

Go 250gb. U won't go wrong. 4gb won't be enough once u start downloading demos and xbl arcade games.

If cannot, why Microsoft create a 4gb unit then?

yeah.. you can play the game running from the dvd.

actually there is game that you will have problem playing without a proper HDD, best example would be games like forza3/4 if you dont install the disc2 u wont be able to get the extra map & cars, as well as BattleField 3 High Quality texture installation on disc2

TS,just go ahead ahead with 4GB version+kinect.i believe kinect games dont need to have them install, thats why microsoft create such sku.this is not like ps3,all the games has to be installed hence the current minimum sku is with 160GB.You'll be using your ps3 as main console anyway.

ps3 auto install game if some game requires to. unlike 360 where you can choose any game to install. this is one of the plus point for 360

4gb is enough if you play games without installing and willing to wait. Certain games does require you to install like Forza.

if you use it for saving only, its enough since I have one also. I just added a 250GB to play Forza and installing some games and demos.

Its up to you in the end. Just be mindful each xbox dash update, it will take some space. This include games also.

Don't forget that you can use a 16GB thumbdrive to provide extra storage space when you need it.

As for "Is 4GB enough for normal playing?" Yes.. as long as you don't go save happy in Skyrim or other RPGS tongue.gif

I read somewhere we cannot install game into 4GB internal memory, best and cheap option available is getting 8 or 16gb flashdrive, this would expand the lens wear out too soon.

I brought a cheaper selfmade hdd and saved. If you don even wanna buy that u can choose to get yourself a 30gb usb drives but make sure it's fast.

If you just playing Kinect & nothing more, yes it's just nice for you but not morw than that...
