big problem!!!!!!

i clone hdd to ssd....and then i thought recovery partition in old hdd is enough to keep for backup....then i deleted recovery in new ssd for more space...

then, when i open hp recovery media creation, its says the recovery media is removed...

then i start windows from old hdd....to check weather the recovery backup is ok or not..but same result..its says recovery media is removed.. and i saw the partition D: recovery from old hdd is unallocated..

why this happen???

now i have no backup for factory installed.....


where to find recovery disc in malaysia??

That mean its not uninstalled properly.

I don't see anything in Catalyst related to fingerprint setting.


How u uninstall your driver?

This model come with FHD screen right? RM2.3k is pretty good imo.. you need to check the notebook condition and the temperature.

You clone whole HDD to SSD? Not a good thing to do imo.

You can try contact HP Service Centre and ask for the recovery disk.

LOL...yup whole hdd..but all my stuff/games i have move to my external....so in hdd only windows and application....

i clone about 42gb only from my hdd (partition C)....and partition D recovery 14gb....

how to contact HP service Centre???

anyway very3 excited using ssd..mine boot up only 17sec ++....

i changed to 12.6 already. it's okay. the simplepass is there but i think the fingerprint sensor is deactivated as i checked at the control panel it says that "there are no fingerprint readers available at this time.

i unistalled it by clicking remove at the setup.

Hi guys I've been using leshcat custom drivers..but after installing the custom driver i notice i cannot use HMDI and everytime i switch to intel driver i cannot open youtube on chrome..

now i want to ask how do i clean uninstall the custom drivers ? i want to reinstall ati drivers but cannot detect already

under Biometric Devices.

used the YUC to uninstall and download the drivers on the 1st page of this thread..installed it and now it won't detect intel gpu and i cannot go in CCC settings to change anything..

i also tried downloading from AMD website but it cannot detect what AMD GPU i'm using

did i miss anything ? =/ BTW my model is DV6-6C19TX

i've reinstalled the fingerprint sensor. turnout the unrecognized driver is the sensor. lol. btw after i patch the up3, does the catalyst still shows its on up2?

the price is ok, but also depends on condition

i downloaded the AMD Radeon Catalyst Driver 12.3 driver

what your current graphic driver then? standard vga driver?

Look like u don't have Intel driver..

Have u try Leshcat 12.2 UP5 driver?
