QUOTE(blue16 @ Dec 22 2011, 09:03 PM) no, becoz they put receipt inside oledi No solid way to know. Everything on the phone can be reprogrammed. But I wouldn't really bother whether it's used or new if I'm winning lucky draw. Just use visual inspection.is that any way to check whether the phone is used before like the record of usage |

I am having an idea for anti-theft software. Delete EFS partition when user initiated panic mode via SMS or web portal. Definitely forces the phone back to service center where you can report lost phone with the IMEI.

QUOTE(antt00 @ Dec 23 2011, 04:15 PM) QUOTE(destEX @ Dec 23 2011, 04:27 PM) IMEI is just *#06# to you both? If the thief removed the IMEI on the hardware itself, even Samsung couldn't help to repair the phone without know what IMEI it is. |

FCC label on the back of the phone. Receipt is not the answer to IMEI and you technically cannot get new IMEI. Hence you cannot restore IMEI if FCC label is tempered, at least I'm sure Samsung will NEVER regenerate new IMEI.

720p is best, although not the best in resolution. 720p uses pixel binding technology, which reduces noise and improves video quality.

QUOTE(Fallenangelz @ Dec 27 2011, 02:31 PM) i was expecting the next google flagship is manufactured by moto actually after the cracking news of google acquiring motorola. but somehow it goes back to samsung again. to me the only thing samsung is leading is their screen technology. Processor and memory are what Samsung good with too. |

Went to run and cycle this morning with the phone. While eating lunch, I used the phone's camera for 2 photos before it hanged. Made a forced reboot and phone fails to charge.

My phone hanged twice during youtube and then fails to charge again. Battery was reported to be 67c while it is actually cool. Already wiped the battery terminal earlier.
Looks like i need to prepare for a warranty soon. |
