i'm umobile user and i have this problem as well.
i still got another question, if i'm roaming under celcom from umobile(for eg. Rawang,Genting), i could not get any data service which make my S2 useless only for phone call n sms.
anyone umobile user can confirm this?

thx man, when i tick it, it says might have additional charges.
i'm using umobile data plan, will it cost me extra charges or it reduce from my quota limit?
