Sign contract 24 months lar...no problem...already using DIGI for 1 year+...might as well sign up and get a nice phone for cheap! Furthermore the monthly rebates also attractive...RM20 off...only need to pay RM48 for 3GB plan.

But you'll need to pay an advance...for me i paid RM500 advance (depends on how long you sign contract)...no big deal lar, will be deducted from your monthly bills anyway...also i still owe them current month bill, so actually only pay RM3XX advance...haha.

Hmm, after using my SGS2 G version for 2 weeks also, i found there is one persistent problem which has been reported by many people. The camera does crash occasionally...sometimes can be save by killing the task, sometimes need to restart phone. I guess there will never be a perfect phone...sigh..

But other than this, everything else works fine...GPS, WIFI, Bluetooth, apps, etc.

Somthing to share about the video recording i've discovered:
1) Sometimes, the video images blurred and re-focus in the videos...is it capable of auto-focus during video mode?
2) The resolution plays a big part in the viewing angle...higher resolution (FULL HD) has the worst viewing angle. I suspect the phone simply crops up the image from the 4:3 viewing angle....kinda hard to explain this, but i think it has something to do with the image sensor size and the viewieng angle crops on it...
3) 1080p recording is pretty bad on the frame rates...very frequent, there are freeze frames and frame jumps.
4) 720p recording will get you constant 30fps and smooth video, with a better viewing angle than 1080p.

I say stick with 720p for best viewing angle and frame rates...the small image sensor in the camera...1080p is just a gimmick...

Does non-G users have the same issue?

Yeah, i am also looking for a good screen protector...i bought one last time, quiet expensive, dunno what brand for my wife's Wave 2...it was good! Hardly can see smudges...always clear...my cheap plak protector....kanasai...tons of smudges...( Btw, i am not referring to those anti-static one....anti-static blurred the screen...totally waste your SGS2 beautiful S-AMOLED Plus screen....i want those crystal clear one...).

Any good clear coat protector which don't attract much smudges???

Mine is G. No problem what. Play games until power finish also no overheat, just little bit warm only. Stock ROM.

I've just downloaded the monopoly and installed just now...no problem wor??? My stock phone, no root, no nothing. All i did:
1) Use Dolphin browser search for "Amazon app store".
2) Click link.
3) Login using my account (i have created an account previously).
4) Login ok, just get the app.
5) Amazon send me e-mail with link.
6) Use my phone G-MAIL access the mail and click link.
7) Download app.
8) Install.

blue glow sucks....it is not a "new feature"...it is there simply to fight of Apple patent claims of the bouncing effect...damn Apple!!! Apple is just a patent troll!
