depends on what games you play and how long you use it.

if you have stuff constantly syncing to the internet while you play then of course bigger drain

if normal usage can it last one whole day? and is there any huge improvement on battery if i upgrade it to 2000Mah battery?

i used 2x battery apps..meaning that when i off my screen, my 3G off...i on my whatsapp, sync 4 email...and light browsing..can last me whole day with 50% battery left..sometime more...

i call and whatsapp a lot..

I am having an idea for anti-theft software. Delete EFS partition when user initiated panic mode via SMS or web portal. Definitely forces the phone back to service center where you can report lost phone with the IMEI.

the idea itself is good, but have to incooperate wif samsung service centre lo. we register our lost phone wif SME, and in case anyone send EFS corrupted phone in for repair, SME call the registered users and they bring their backed up EFS+receipt to claim the phone. like playing jackpot LOL

if delete efs, the imei gone how to identify ~.~

Wah like that ah. I wonder if we can restore EFS from one phone to another.

Still got sticker of serial number and IMEI number behind the battery.. if the thief didn't change the battery...

If the thief removed the IMEI on the hardware itself, even Samsung couldn't help to repair the phone without know what IMEI it is.

What we meant is if EFS deleted then phone no IMEI so how is samsung going to identify the rightful owner. Warranty is link to IMEI. The thief can just say he lost receipt or something and coax samsung to get him new IMEI.

FCC label on the back of the phone. Receipt is not the answer to IMEI and you technically cannot get new IMEI. Hence you cannot restore IMEI if FCC label is tempered, at least I'm sure Samsung will NEVER regenerate new IMEI.

So technically we can't get our phone back. But the thief can still use it just not as a normal phone.

sensation rom so far ok and not bad, but when adjust the CPU frequency to too low (eg: 800 screen on with smartassv2 governor) there will be slight lag. i think probably is due to the christmas theme. another thing i dun like is the lock screen will show the notification bar and it irritates me. other than that, everything so far so good. the calling screen looks nice to me. at least not so freaking blue and depressing dark like 4seasons/foxhound.
