i think siyah is not compatible. i cant really remember but i read somewhere that CM7 onli supports very limited kernels as its stock kernel was heavily modded by CM team. try to read the CM7 xda thread good luck

ohh ok. i dont know because i only used the stock cm7 kernel

i guess u meant CM9? file manager u just download any that u feel suits u from the market. recommended ones would be astro file manager or root explorer. DO NOT USE TB RESTORE! it will not work!

Installing CM9 for the first time:
- READ FAQs: http://teamhacksung.org/wiki/index.p...sked_Questions
- Make sure you're running a proper working CWM like the one from CM7
- Copy GApps, GApps-Fixer, Faceunlock and CM9 ZIPs to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM9 zip
- Flash GApps, Faceunlock and GApps-Fixer ZIPs
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your calendar sync will not work)
- Reboot
- Don't restore Apps using Titanium Backup!

i suppose so. perform a nandroid backup of ur current rom before flashing to CM7 then u will be fine good luck mate
