If I am not mistaken, vbus_wake_lock is battery charging. The rest just google it. Surely you can find your answer.

is that in kernel wakelock? if kernel wakelock the side there u can click and it will link you to an info centre at github.

if itss usb charging then its not a bug. you should know that the device doesnt enter sleepmode when chargining, so wakelock when charging is very normal~

i'm so confused. it looks just like gingerbread.
what does ICS has that gingerbread dont?

face unlock? useless feature.

task manager that can swype to close apps?
did you see how trouble some it is? the defauly task manager right now can close apps by just tapping the "exit" button. IMO, tapping is faster than swyping. and there's even a "exit all" button.

lol...whats the point of upgrading then?
everything else looks the same.

i'm very satisfied and impressed with gingerbread now (already fast and lag free on its dual core)
at the same time dissapointed with ICS, seems not much difference.

but its still not the final version, so there might be still hope.:-)

Can't expect TouchWiz to look like Vanilla Android in Galaxy Nexus mah

Perhaps less bugs, better software/hardware optimization, better battery life, etc

If you are using the original rom + kernel, you can connect to Kies (install on your computer or laptop) and it will prompt you whenever there is an official update.

If you want to use the latest rom + kernel, you can always head to XDA forum and there will be the links there. Of course, at there, you can root and modify your phone too smile.gif

Good luck! Drop me a line if you have questions.

just beware with imitation Yoobao product,if budget allow,do purchase genuine Yoobao product that with Mobile Dot Com Network Sdn. Bhd. sticker and new security hologram sticker to ensure you will get 1 year warranty

scratch security hologram sticker and enter the security code to verify product genuinely at http://www.yoobao.com/defend.asp

comparison between genuine and imitation

Thats what I was expecting from ics.
I was so excited when I heard about it.
bt nw I feel its over hyped.

Isn't it suppose to be less bugs? The ics update for sgs2 seems to be trying to barely work. Struggling to get the basics work. I think it will take a long time before it cn be free of bugs.

The way I see it, ics is like windows vista.

Sigh, I'm so dissapointed when I see the video. It looks 90% like gingerbread. If the update is wipe type, I don't think its worth upgrade. Its jz a slightly different task manager n launcher.

AP set is also an original Samsung phone. The only different is the warranty. And there's no white non-G for our local SME set. Only the G version got white colour
*
Yeah, agree with you..
AP is just the same as original, but you have to take the risk, if something is wrong with the phone, the warranty from AP is very troublesome... must wait for about months before the repaired had been done, and you don't know what they will do there.. Take out some original parts maybe...

OMG. Do you even know that ICS is NOT release yet for SGS2. Its just leaked beta/alpha version so its meant to be FULL of bugs and functions are meant not to work well. If everything works well then it will already had been officially released by samsung. doh.gif

ICS is not about the looks. If you want looks, go CM7/MIUI and get lots of themes. Its the new OS code beneath the looks. Much better support for dual core cpu and gpu support is the main point.

But i do agree, all the hype on ICS is really overrated.
