Unless you have a lot of HD videos and backup a lot of custom roms or firmwares then there's no need to use external sd.. :-)

SGSII can use sdcard class 4 without any problem.

Then why waste your money buying external sdcard. Better save that money to buy something else :-)

Why did you want to use KG1 kernel when Chainfire have a KG2 insecure kernel. Hong Kong roms use ZS prefix right..?
Anyway try to get into download mode then flash full stock firmware, not another kernel. Once your phone is alive then only you flash CF-root kernel.

If i were you., i do a full backup in everything on Titanium first. Then only you do the freezing or un-install any unwanted apps. That way you can save the hussle of looking the un-install app at the market if you want to install it back again..

never try to backup a freeze apps before so i'm not sure. You can try it and see if it still work otherwise unfreeze it first then do a backup :-P

Good. After uninstall, take out your sdcard and try use your phone for one day without it. See if the problem solve. Sometimes a roque apps can corrupt your sdcard or maybe can spoilt your motherboard.
- If problem still occur even without your sdcard then do a factory/hard reset. (you'll lose all your apps and data so do a backup).
- If problem still occur after factory/hard reset then most probably your motherboard spoilt already so had to go service centre.
